Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.

Once fulfilled, your order will ship using standard shipping services:

Domestic Shipping Schedule
• 1-7 business days in the US

International Shipping Schedule
• 6-10 days in Canada
• 5-20 days internationally

Shipping carriers do not ship/deliver on holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be temporarily delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email that will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Packages
You are responsible for the shipping address you enter. If you provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier, there is a possibility your shipment may end up misdelivered, lost or may be returned to us. For misdelivered/lost packages, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For packages returned to us, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all International locations except to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
